Anna Sanchez

Anna Sanchez graduated from the École Supérieure de Ballet du Québec. (2021)
A versatile performer, she has recently danced in the creations of Andrew Skeels (Past Rooms – 2023), Eva Kolarova (Inner Land Mines – 2023), and collaborated with Adi Salant, Gaby Baars, the Grands Ballets Canadiens and Rubberband. During her training she notably worked on the repertoires of Crystal Pite, Hofesh Shechter, Gauthier Danse.
Also a choreographer, she presented her creations at the Healthy Dancers Canada annual conference show, at the Lyrichorégra20 Theater and as part of the École Supérieure's Apprentice Choreographer Program where her pieces won several jury and public awards. She continues her research and her creative work thanks to residencies offered by the Studios des Grands Ballets Canadiens in 2021 and 2022.
Committed to the dance community in Montreal, Anna is responsible for the TransFormation de Danse à la carte program and rehearsal manager for the annual École Supérieure show.
Anna always likes to explore new artistic avenues, whether in music (piano) or in other dance styles: she is currently developing her flamenco practice with Rocio Vadillo.
