Workshop – #4 Wikidata: Production elements

Artists, cultural workers or managers in dance, getting their first introduction to Wikidata and metadata.

Description Wikidata Workshop 4: Production elements:

Describing a production is the exercise of assembling information, people in different roles, artistic contents, venues, dates. This workshop focuses on the creation of production elements for dance and theater.

This fourth workshop is designed for beginners as well as experienced wikimedians and has two sections: a theory introduction followed by a guided practice, which allows participants to assemble different elements in order to create production elements.

CAPACOA, LaCogency, the Conseil québécois du théâtre (CQT) and the Regroupement québécois de la danse (RQD) invite you to 2021-2022 Wikidata workshops series.

The workshop series focuses primarily on the performing arts domain, but most workshop contents are transferable to other domains. All artists, cultural workers and arts enthusiasts are welcome. Registration is required.
