Ève Constantin

Interprète

I introduce myself Eve, 25 years old. My pronouns are they/she, I don't identify with a particular gender. Trained in contemporary dance, I remain inspired by artistic manifestation in all its forms. After a DEC at Collège Montmorency and a B.F.A. at Concordia University in this expressive art, I am currently pursuing my master's studies in dance at UQAM with the objective of understanding the therapeutic effect of dance in the genesis of my practice. As a choreographer, my approach is inspired by the sublimation ; transformation of repressed impulses as a vector through a liberating art. The themes that I like to dissect revolve around manifestations of mental disorders or significant events. Originally from Tiohtiá:ke/Montreal, I advocate my participation in inclusive, accessible projects that promote authenticity and in situ. I also attach great importance to getting out of your comfort zone, highlighting my strong interest in humor.
