CONTENT // This class will be a mix of the foundational movements of B-boy/B-girl technique (Breakdance or Breaking) combined with creative concepts. The class will involve movement drills, short movement sequences, personal integration of concepts and improvisation. This is a great class for anyone with a movement background in any style of dance, sports, circus, martial arts, for B-boys and B-girls who want to refine their skills or for anyone who has previously taken classes with me. BIO // Lynx is a renowned B-girl who has left her mark on the Canadian Street Dance scene through many aspects of the culture such as, teaching, competing, performing, choreographing, organizing & hosting events, judging competitions, speaking at conferences and working extensively with youth. A dance teacher since 2002, Lynx created a curriculum to teach b-boy/b-girl technique to university-level dance students within the Dance Department at UQAM and passionately continues to teach hundreds of students of all ages and abilities in the Montreal area and across Canada.

Evening classes are open to all levels, and it is recommended to register in advance for one or multiple classes.
